A More Comprehensive Sludge Assessment

One of the key differences you may notice is the way we assess your septic system.

As part of every routine service, Civcon measures with a sludge level indicator within your treatment system. This gives us a clearer picture of its condition and helps us determine when a pump-out is genuinely required.

For some customers, this may result in a higher sludge reading than you’ve seen previously. This doesn’t necessarily mean sludge has suddenly increased - it most likely reflects a more accurate reading based on our more advanced measurement techniques.
