Callouts and Breakdowns

Civcon service technicians are available for out of hours critical system failures and unscheduled system repairs. Each service vehicle that attends a breakdown or call out carries a variety of equipment and parts to cater for most issues that your water recycling products may face. In some cases we can provide temporary parts to restore a system to service while awaiting the correct part. If required Civcon service technicians can perform electrical and plumbing works onsite.

Aerated Wastewater Systems

Whilst our aerated wastewater treatment system (AWTS) service protocols at Civcon are designed to reduce system malfunctions, it is inevitable that your system will malfunction at some time resulting in the need for an out of service call out.

Civcon understand that it can be frustrating when your system malfunctions, but you can count on our service technicians to act in a professional and courteous manner at all times whist repairing your system.

You can rest assured that if you are in the need to contact us as a result of a system breakdown or alarm, Civcon will attend promptly after receiving your call. In a lot of cases, by diagnosing the problem over the phone, we can alleviate the need for a call out. Sometimes seemingly dramatic issues can be resolved by something as simple as turning a switch on and off, or checking if a hose is kinked.
