No Refunds of Unused Services

All service fees paid under this Agreement are non-refundable. Where services are purchased as part of a scheduled maintenance or service program, the Customer acknowledges that pricing is based on the commitment to provide services over the contract term.

If the Customer cancels this Agreement before the expiration of the contract term, any fees paid for completed or scheduled services will not be refunded. Any unused services remaining under the Agreement are forfeited upon cancellation unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to the Customer under the Australian Consumer Law.

Additional Cancellation Clause

Customer Cancellation

The Customer may cancel this Agreement by providing written notice. Upon cancellation:

• All outstanding amounts for services already provided become immediately payable.
• Any prepaid fees are non-refundable.
• Any remaining unused services under the Agreement are forfeited.
• No refund, credit, or pro-rata adjustment will be provided for the unexpired portion of the contract term.
